To distinguish ourselves and value the craftsmanship of our production process, we focus on the quality of the raw material.

The alcohol we use for our products is distilled from certified ORGANIC soft wheat and all botanicals arrive at the distillery accompanied by chemical analysis.We have selected our suppliers very meticulously and over the course of years of research.

The production process is carried out in an artisanal way, as it used to be, but today we can make use of state-of-the-art technologies and tools that help us monitor every stage of production.

IL NOSTRO GIN

Per noi tutto nasce dai TERPENI.

Ma perché abbiamo deciso di chiamare così il nostro gin? I terpeni sono composti naturali che conferiscono particolari profumi e gusti alle piante. Sono contenuti in percentuali differenti in pressoché tutti i vegetali e in particolare nelle piante aromatiche, dai gusti e profumi intensi e persistenti. La loro presenza in natura è molto importante; gli aromi dei terpeni hanno infatti lo scopo di allontanare i predatori, ad esempio i parassiti delle piante, e allo stesso tempo attrarre gli impollinatori.

Ecco il perché di questo nome: per noi la protagonista é la natura e vogliamo valorizzarla con prodotti d’eccellenza rispettando l’equilibrio tra gli elementi. ⚖️🍃🍸
