Zona B Who ?

No, Zona B isn’t an industrial area.
It’s not some mysterious secret place where spirits are made. Or maybe it is. 😉

Zona B is, first and foremost, a family.

The name was Alessandro’s idea. He wanted to bring together, in five letters, the people and stories that matter most in his life:

Z for Zaghi, the family name.
O for Oscar, his first son. And the name of our first still.
N for Nora, his second child.
A for Alessandro, founder and Master Distiller of Zona B.
B for Betti, his better half.

Five letters. One family.

And so, what started as a family name became the name of a distillery: a place where expertise, research and creativity come together to turn botanicals and ideas into spirits.

Because every distillation takes precision and expertise, of course.
But behind Zona B, there are above all people, connections — and a healthy dose of madness.

We distil ideas

We love saying it, and we say it often! Because alongside our own spirits, we welcome the ideas of anyone who wants to join us for part of the journey: we also distil gin, liqueurs, amari and vermouth for other brands.

Craftsmanship is at the heart of what we do, and the desire to keep improving is what drives us forward!

Zona B produces in small batches, and we take care of every detail of the production process: from the water we use, to organic alcohol and the finest-quality botanicals.
