Zona B is a real distillery.
We’re not a brand that outsources its production: our gins are made right here in Lavagno, near Verona, at our own distillery.
Our spirits are made with Oscar, our 200-litre copper pot still, equipped with two reflux columns and a botanical basket for our most delicate botanicals. This is where Alessandro, founder and Master Distiller, develops and distils every recipe, batch after batch.
We start with a high-quality base spirit made from soft wheat and carefully select every botanical. Each raw ingredient comes with its own chemical analysis: we know what we use, we check its quality and we know exactly what goes into every bottle.
Because for us, craft distilling is above all about this: knowing what we’re doing, knowing why we’re doing it, and putting our name behind it.
Our London Dry Gin range is called Terpeni because terpenes are what give plants their aromas. Three gins, three ways of interpreting the same nature: juniper, flowers and roots.
